DEPOSITS
All tenant deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and are sent within 14 days to comply with legislation. Tenants will receive confirmation from the DPS that their deposit has been submitted.
Deposits are fully refundable subject to a final inspection being satisfactory. Once the inspection is complete and the tenant and Trueman Estates are in agreement over how much of the deposit is returnable, the DPS will then be informed by both parties
and the deposit will be released within ten working days. Disputes can be settled via
the DPS who offer a free resolution service.
