TENANT FEES & HOLDING DEPOSIT 



ADMINISTRATION FEE:

  • First Applicant:                       £120.00 + VAT
  • Each Additional Applicant:   £  50.00 + VAT
(i.e. for 2 applicants = £170 + VAT and 3 applicants = £220 + VAT etc)



HOLDING DEPOSIT & SECURING A PROPERTY:

  • In order to secure a property you will be required to pay the security deposit in advance.
    (This is always one months rent plus £100.00 unless otherwise stated)

  • Upon completion you will then be required to pay the administration fee(s) and first months rent.

*Please note holding deposits are non refundable unless the property is unavailable on your completion date.


We accept all major credit and debit cards but please note there is a 2.5% charge if you pay using credit card.
