TENANT REFERENCING
References are conducted online by Endsleigh Insurance via email to process your application as quickly as possible.
Once the referencing fee has been paid, prospective tenants will receive an email from Endsleigh Insurance with an online form to complete.
Once your form is completed the following reference checks will be carried out:
• Credit Check
• Employers Reference
• Previous Landlord Reference
Prospective tenants will only be allowed to complete on a property upon a satisfactory reference check.
