TENANTS ADVICE


The vast majority of tenants have few problems throughout their tenancy and deposits are returned promptly and without dispute.

A few simple points to having a problem free tenancy:

1.     Ensure your rent is paid on time; we set up a standing order mandate to facilitate this.


2.     Report any maintenance problems immediately and allow workmen reasonable access


3.     Look after the property and leave it in the same condition as found


4.     Maintain gardens if applicable.


5.     Give the required notice in your agreement on time when you have decided to vacate             and allow reasonable access to conduct viewings.


6.     Pay your utility bills up to date, re-direct your post, hand over all keys and ensure we             have your forwarding address upon vacating.
