• Arrangement of rent guarantee insurance (if required)

• Preparation and service of all legal documents (Tenancy Agreement)

• Preparation of Inventory

• Notification of utility companies (gas, electric, water and local council)

• Protection of tenants security deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (unless otherwise requested)

• Rent collection

• Rent paid same day by electronic transfer to landlords bank account
