This service is for landlords who understand current tenancy legislation, are always available and want to personally deal with any eventualities that arise during the tenancy. Every aspect of the letting process up to the tenant signing the lease and moving in to the property is provided by Trueman Estates.

• Free rental appraisal of your property

• Free comprehensive advertising on national property websites Rightmove, Zoopla and Findaproperty as well as our own website. We also include a ‘To Let’ board (unless otherwise requested)

• Accompanied viewings (including weekends and evenings)

• Fully comprehensive tenant referencing (including credit check) conducted by Rent 4 Sure

• Arrangement of rent guarantee insurance (if required)

• Preparation and service of all legal documents (Tenancy Agreement)

• Preparation of Inventory

• Notification of utility companies (gas, electric, water and local council)

Please note this service does not include security deposit protection.

All deposits paid under an assured shorthold tenancy (AST) have had to be protected in a Tenancy Deposit Protection (TDP) scheme by the landlord within 14 calendar days of receipt.
