Full Management Service:

Tenant Find Fee:     50% of the first months rent +VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of

Management Fee:    10% of the monthly rent during the continuation of the Tenancy

                                     Agreement +VAT

Re-Let Fee:                50% of the first months rent +VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of

                                      £200.00+VAT)



Let Only Service:

Tenant Find Fee:     75% of the first months rent +VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of

                                    £200.00+VAT)

Re-Let Fee:              75% of the first months rent +VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of

                                    £200.00+VAT)



Rent Collection Service:

Tenant Find Fee:     50% of the first months rent +VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of

                                    £200.00+VAT)

Management Fee:    8% of the monthly rent during the continuation of the Tenancy

                                     Agreement +VAT
