Rental collection is designed for the Landlord who wishes to deal with the day to day running and maintenance of the property, but prefers not to be involved in the collection of the rent.

• Accompanied viewings (including weekends and evenings)

• Fully comprehensive tenant referencing (including credit check) conducted by Rent 4 Sure

• Arrangement of rent guarantee insurance (if required)

• Preparation and service of all legal documents (Tenancy Agreement)

• Preparation of Inventory

• Notification of utility companies (gas, electric, water and local council)

• Rent collection

• Rent paid same day by electronic transfer to landlords bank account

Please note this service does not include security deposit protection.

All deposits paid under an assured shorthold tenancy (AST) have had to be protected in a Tenancy Deposit Protection (TDP) scheme by the landlord within 14 calendar days of receipt.
