Management

For landlords who want our management service but with the added peace of mind that they will still receive the rent should the unexpected occur.
 

In the unlikely event a tenant does not pay their rent, you will continue to receive full rental payments until vacant possession is achieved.

 

This service also includes legal expenses cover up to £100,000. This will cover the costs and expenses of legal proceedings, including the cost of any appeals.

Standard
Management

This service is for landlords who want to take a complete ‘hands off’ approach and have a professional agency look after their investment ensuring maximum returns.

 

With this service Trueman Estates handle every aspect of the letting process from start to finish and are the first point of contact for the tenant throughout the duration of the tenancy.

Let
Only

This service is for experienced landlords who are familiar with current letting legislation and property management.


The basic aspects of the letting process up to the tenant signing the tenancy agreement and moving into the property are provided by Trueman Estates.


Thereafter the landlord deals with deposit protection, any eventualities that may arise during a tenancy and the serving of legal notices.


Whichever service you choose, we appreciate that your investment needs to work for you, so we will seek to achieve the highest rent possible every time we let a property. Our specialist team will provide a full market update and rental appraisal so you know exactly what rent you can expect to achieve before you commit to letting.

 

We also appreciate the importance of finding a tenant as quickly as possible which is why regardless of which service you choose, we will advertise your property on a variety of online property portals as well as our own social media pages within 24 hours of your instruction. With our office situated in a prominent area of Harborne your property will also be displayed in one of our illuminated window cards and be seen by many passers-by.
