Tenant Referencing

References are conducted online by Rent 4 Sure via email to process your application as quickly as possible.

Once the referencing fee has been paid, prospective tenants will receive an email from Rent 4 Sure with an online form to complete.

Once your form is completed the following reference checks will be carried out:

• Credit Check
• Employers Reference
• Previous Landlord Reference

Prospective tenants will only be allowed to complete on a property upon a satisfactory reference check.
