John has over 20 years experience in the lettings industry and opened Trueman Estates in 2005. Having quickly established itself as one of the leading independent letting agents in the local community, John has built up an excellent reputation for providing a professional and trustworthy service for both landlords and tenants alike. Johns experience and knowledge of the market is a major asset when advising landlords on how to let their property out quickly and efficiently as well as helping them expand their portfolio.

Alistair Chamberlain
Senior Lettings Negotiator
 
Alistair joined Trueman Estates in 2008 having already had 2 years experience within the lettings industry. Prior to working in lettings Alistair had various jobs within the retail industry and brings with him a wealth of experience in customer service. Having grown up in Harborne, Alistair has an extensive knowledge of the local area which is a huge asset when conducting viewings and market appraisals. Alistair is a vital link between tenant and landlord and an essential part of our team.

Daniella Adams
Office Administrator & Lettings Negotiator
 
Dani joined Trueman Estates in 2013. Having started as an apprentice she completed her Level 2 in Residential Property Management and can handle all aspects of property management, dealing with both tenants and landlords. She also receipts rents and processes statements ensuring that landlords, contractors and suppliers are all paid on time, as well as conducting weekend viewings.

Misha Baker
Office Administrator
 
Misha is the newest member of our team having joined Trueman Estates this year as an apprentice. Misha is currently completing her Level 2 in Property Services and is the first port of call for new tenants, ensuring the move in process runs smoothly from start to finish. Once her apprenticeship is complete Misha will become a vital member of our team.

Mike joined Trueman Estates in 2006 and is an important member of our back room staff. He ensures Trueman Estates are compliant with all the latest legislation as well as assisting with inventories and inspections
