LANDLORD FEES

Trueman Estates believe in providing full transparency when it comes to the fees that we charge. There are no hidden extras for landlords to worry about, and prior to marketing the property on your behalf we will arrange a meeting with a team member to go through all our fees in detail, and ensure that everything has been fully understood and agreed.

*All Set Up fees are subject to a minimum fee of £300.00 +VAT (£360.00 inc. VAT)

* Inventory fees are based on a sliding scale dependent upon the size and content of the property

* Premium Management Service must be agreed upon instruction in order for us to include a rent guarantee

Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) £60.00
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) £60.00
Electrical Safety Certificate (EICR)* From £75.00 +VAT (£90.00 inc. VAT)
Floorplan £50.00
Selective License Application £125.00 +VAT (£150.00 inc. VAT)

* Electrical Safety Certificate costs are based on a sliding scale dependent upon the size of the property
