Trueman Estates believe in providing full transparency when it comes to the fees that we charge. There are no hidden extras for landlords to worry about, and prior to marketing the property on your behalf we will arrange a meeting with a team member to go through all our fees in detail, and ensure that everything has been fully understood and agreed.

*All Set Up fees are subject to a minimum fee of £300.00 +VAT (£360.00 inc. VAT)

* Inventory fees are based on a sliding scale dependent upon the size and content of the property

Not all property management fees are as straightforward as they seem. Other agents may advertise low percentage rates, only to add extra charges later for essential services every landlord needs. 

Other agents may charge you extra for services such as:

  • Tenant referencing
  • Detailed photographic inventories
  • Deposit protection
  • Annual property inspections
  • Tenancy renewals 
  • Change of sharer during tenancy
  • Serving of notices
  • Tenant check-out inspections
  • Deposit dispute resolutions
  • Annual statement of income and expenditure

As far as we are concerned, these are not “extras” - they are essential to protecting your investment, minimising disputes, and ensuring a smooth tenancy. 

All of these services are included in our management services. No hidden extras. No surprise costs.
