PREMIUM
MANAGEMENT
For landlords who want all the benefits of our Standard Management service, with the added peace of mind of knowing they will still receive their rent should the unexpected occur.
In the unlikely event that a tenant does not pay their rent, this service includes full rent arrears paid until vacant possession is achieved, legal expenses cover of up to £100,000 and 90% of the rent for up to six weeks after vacant possession, allowing you time to renovate and remarket your property.
STANDARD
MANAGEMENT
This service is for landlords who want to take a complete ‘hands-off’ approach and have a professional letting agent look after their investment, helping to ensure it continues to achieve the best possible return.
With this service, Trueman Estates handles every aspect of the letting process, from finding the right tenant and collecting the rent to dealing with maintenance, compliance and rent reviews. We remain the first point of contact for the tenant throughout the tenancy.
LET ONLY
This service is for experienced landlords who are familiar with current letting legislation, compliance requirements and property management.
Trueman Estates handles the letting process up to the tenant signing the tenancy agreement and moving into the property.
Thereafter, the landlord assumes responsibility for the ongoing management of the tenancy, including deposit protection, compliance with their legal obligations, maintenance and serving any necessary legal notices.
