I rented with Truemans for 4 years in Harborne. They are without doubt the best letting agents we have ever used. The boiler in house broke and we had a replacement boiler within 2 days - British gas aren't that fast - unbelievable customer service and it always feels personal. We've now bought a house but if I was ever renting again, i'd use Truemans.

I’ve just moved out of a property managed by Trueman Estates and I honestly can’t fault them. The property was immaculate when I moved in, and on the couple of occasions I had small issues (broken fence panels, boiler problems), they went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly.
