Founder and CEO

John has over 25 years experience in the lettings industry and opened Trueman Estates in 2005.

Over the years, John has built up an excellent reputation for providing a professional and trustworthy service for both landlords and tenants alike. 

Johns wealth of experience and knowledge of the market is a major asset when advising landlords on how to let their property out quickly and efficiently as well as helping them expand their portfolio.

Lettings Manager

Alistair joined Trueman Estates in 2008 having already had experience within the lettings industry. Prior to working in lettings, Alistair had various jobs within the retail industry gaining a wealth of experience in customer service. 

Born and raised in Harborne, Alistair has an extensive knowledge of the local area and combined with over 15 years experience in the lettings industry he is able to provide a high level of service and advice to all our clients.

Senior Lettings Consultant

Michaela joined Trueman Estates in January 2020 after previously working in the hospitality industry for seven years in which she gained a foundation degree in Hospitality and Leadership Management. She also attended the famous Disney Institute in Florida completing a course in Quality Customer Service.

This wealth of experience in customer services is a huge asset when conducting viewings and market appraisals, as well as when she is liaising with tenants and landlords.
