The property is to let as seen. If you have any specific requests such as cleaning, redecorating, furniture removal, etc please stipulate these in the additional information or requests.

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit you will need to show this equates to an annual income of 30x the monthly rent and provide a guarantor who has an annual income of 40x the monthly rent.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Once an application has been submitted this does not guarantee you the property and we do not work on a first come first served basis. Each application that is submitted will be put forward to the Landlord for them to make an informed decision as to which application they would like to proceed with.

If the Landlord decides to proceed with your application we will contact you to request a Holding Deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent be paid to secure the property whilst referencing is carried out.
